SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

Standard shipping across India is as per the order placement


Once you place an order, it will take 1-2 days depending on the city to be delivered.


When will I receive my order ?

We need 1-2 days' time to provide the finishing touches and sanitization process to assure the quality of the product.


We use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, including Fedex. Delhivery, DHL, Aramax to name a few.


We try our best to make sure the order reaches you at the earliest however sometimes there are uncertain and unforeseen circumstances, which can be caused due to shipping company's internal delay, weather conditions etc. But we will make sure the product will reach your doorsteps.


Please Note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crises, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you at the earliest.


In case of any damages in the delivery package please do not accept and return the order. If the tag has been removed, it shall not be applicable to canceled. We shall send a new order if the same product is available or we will credit the full amount in your Manal Kreations Account, which you can redeem from the website.

When will I receive my order ?

Once you place an order, it will take 10-15 days to be delivered in normal circumstances. We need 2-3 days' time to provide the finishing touches and sanitization process to assure the quality of the product.If there are any unforeseen circumstances like bad weather conditions, political crisis, a pandemic, etc It might get delayed, but we will try our level best from our end to make your product reach your doorsteps at the earliest.


Any Import duties applicable will be borne by the customer and Manal Kreations will not be responsible for it.

Manal Kreations to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We believe in taking care of delivering our products to you with qualitative standards.


We DO NOT have a Refund or Exchange Policy for International Orders.


So please be completely sure before placing an international Order as we stick by our policies of non exchange and non refund.


After proceeding with the order, you are agreeing by our terms and conditions.


Please Note - If you provide wrong or incorrect shipping address, zip code or/and mobile number then Manal Kreations is not responsible for misplacement or loss your package.


What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case of any discrepancy found or damaged packet is noticed, kindly email at manalkreations@gmail.com with your order number mentioned in the subject within 24 hours of receiving the product. Your email should contain comprehensive details along with the images of your defect/complaints of the product delivered to you.


Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions –


An incorrect product has been delivered to you that is the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.


The product you receive has a genuine quality and manufacturing defect.


Please note – Products with 10-15% colour difference do not fall in the defective product.


The product is hand embroidered and may have slight dissimilarities that are naturally occurring due to human involvement in the process. Such minor variations of stitches/motives/threads will not be liable under an exchange policy. Every piece is unique and one of a kind made by human hands only for you, so please excuse the minor variations. Thank you for your understanding.
